Good governance matters as much as clinical skill when working at this scale. The Future Health leadership team combines international public health experience with deep knowledge of the East African health system.
Our clinical directors are embedded in the communities they serve — not managing remotely. This gives us the ability to respond quickly to emerging crises, whether a malaria outbreak or a supply chain disruption.
